A new bar opened late November in Wood St. It has a good range of bottled Belgian beers on the menu.
The website says, 'Belgica is a taste of Belgium in Liverpool run by Belgian Scousers and Scouse Belgians. Enjoy the best Belgian beers, food, and electro indie in a Brussels café upstairs or funk and R&B in the monastery of sound downstairs.'

A new "neighbourhood pub" is coming to Smithdown Road and its much anticipated opening date has been confirmed.
The Crafty Swine will be opening next week in the former Tribeca site.
Tribeca's main room has been refurbished to transform it into the new pub.
The news follows the announcement earlier this month that popular bar and pizzeria Tribeca would be closing down for good, while sister venue Neon Jamon will be making its return.
On Instagram, Tribeca confirmed the "rumours are true" and revealed it would be shutting up shop before announcing refurbishment was underway on a "new neighbourhood pub".
