Refunds
No Ticket refunds will be given for any reason other than our cancellation of the event. Please only buy what you can use.
Glass and Programme are non refundable.
Festival Programme & Glass
Every ticket includes: £2 for a Glass (Not refundable) £2 for a Programme (Not refundable).
When taking your glass home, please put it in your pocket or in a bag, openly carrying glasses in Liverpool city centre is illegal.
CAMRA Members
CAMRA Members’ tickets have no admission charge but are limited to one per member per session and require the applying member to log on before they can be purchased.
Door Security may ask to see your membership card. Card can only be used once per session. Membership card must only be used by named member otherwise it may be confiscated and returned to our membership officer to investigate.
Access
Wheelchair access is available through the usual entrance but we ask you contact us to warn us ahead of the festival so we can ensure the checking in process for you is as quick and smooth as possible. email tickets@liverpoolbeerfestival.org
Over 18s Only
No under 18s will be admitted. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 then please come with proof of age as you may be asked to produce it at the door. No refunds will be given in cases where admission is refused due to an inability to produce proof when challenged. Sorry but no children or babies will be admitted.
