We would normally be producing our Summer MerseyAle now, but for obvious reasons, it’s not viable. However, as a branch we continue to support pubs and breweries where possible. Nationally, CAMRA have launched a Brew2You app to make finding and buying beer easier, further details in this newsletter. We realise that’s it not practical for all breweries to deliver via the app, and therefore will continue to maintain a separate list on the website.

During this time, the Branch Webmaster has taken the opportunity to revamp the website. Please bear with us while we continue to add content

In March we mentioned the threat to the Roscoe Head. We have a update in this newsletter on the current campaign.

We are looking at ways we can support pubs and breweries when they reopen, once our plans are confirmed we will share this on our social media and the website. At the moment the 4th July has been mentioned, but with the lack of a definite date and social distancing in place its unlikely most pubs will be ready or able to open on this date. Please follow us on social media where we will share updates.

Whatever you do, StaySafe and I hope it’s not too long before we are enjoying some locale beers in one of the many excellent pubs in Merseyside.
